Changelog#

New features and improvements, updated with every release.

August 2026#

🖼️ Thumbnail Library, now a browsable gallery by category (August 4)#

The public Thumbnail Library page is now a real, browsable gallery. Curated high-CTR thumbnails are grouped by category — Gaming, Vlog, Tech & Reviews, Finance, Beauty, Food, Fitness, Education, Entertainment and Music. On desktop each category shows as a tidy grid; on your phone the categories stack, and you can swipe sideways through the thumbnails inside each one. Tap any thumbnail to open a large preview right on the page — no new tabs, no zooming into a tiny image. When you're ready, one tap takes you to the AI Thumbnail Maker to recreate the look for your own video.

July 2026#

🔍 Bigger thumbnail library + click to preview large (July 29)#

Picking a reference thumbnail from your library just got much easier to see. In both the SEO Wizard and the Thumbnail Maker, the Thumbnail Library thumbnails were small and hard to judge — now they're noticeably bigger, and clicking one opens a large, full-size preview so you can actually see the design before you commit. From the preview you confirm with a single "Use this thumbnail" / "Use as reference" button. No more squinting at tiny thumbnails or picking one by accident.

💵 New free tool: YouTube Earnings Estimator (July 29)#

Ever wondered how much a whole channel makes — not just one video? The new YouTube Earnings Estimator answers exactly that. Paste any channel URL, @handle, or a video link, and it estimates the channel's monthly and yearly ad revenue as an honest low-to-high range.

It works by reading the channel's most recent uploads to gauge how well a typical video performs and how often the channel publishes, then projects that into monthly views and applies a niche-appropriate RPM band (finance pays very differently from gaming). It even auto-detects the niche for you — adjust it if it guesses wrong. Channels with few recent uploads fall back to a lifetime average.

It's a companion to the Money Calculator (which estimates one video's ad revenue) — use the Money Calculator for "what did this video earn" and the Earnings Estimator for "how much does this channel make". Free, no sign-up, and always shown as a range because YouTube never publishes real RPM.

💰 Pricing page: every feature that shipped in the last two months (July 22)#

The tubewizz.com/pricing page was frozen at Faz 33 (late May) — the comparison table had no idea we had shipped Brand Kit, Chrome Extension, AI Assistant, Watcher, Brand Analytics (Revenue/CPM/RPM, Retention, Niches, Geography), YouTube Preview, Clickability Score, weekly performance email, Excel report export, or push-to-YouTube for subtitles/thumbnails.

Now everything shows up:

  • Plan cards call out Brand Kit, Chrome Extension, AI Assistant, Watcher, Analytics on every card
  • CORE row group grew from 4 to 10 rows — Brand Kit personas + style refs limits (1+1 / 2+2 / 3+3), "Palette from any channel", Chrome Extension, AI Assistant, Watcher, weekly performance email
  • VIDEO CREATION picked up Clickability Score on every thumbnail, YouTube Preview mockups, Thumbnail Library
  • NEW BRAND ANALYTICS section — Revenue / CPM / RPM, Audience Retention (hook rate), Niche breakdown, Geography (top 50 countries), and Excel report export (Pro & Agency only)
  • NEW PUBLISH section — push metadata to YouTube, push thumbnail, upload subtitles, Announcement Maker

Mobile also got a rework: the three plan cards used to squeeze twelve feature bullets each into a ~300px-wide column and turned into 1500px scrolls. Now the mobile card is dead simple — plan name, one-line description, price, one button — and the full comparison table sits right below (horizontally scrollable for the Agency column). Desktop is unchanged.

👀 Preview your thumbnail in real YouTube contexts (July 22)#

Ever generated a thumbnail that looked great in your editor and then landed in the YouTube feed at postage-stamp size and completely died? That's now a solved problem. Every thumbnail you make — from the SEO Wizard, the Thumbnail Maker create flow, or any past Thumbnail Maker job — now shows a live YouTube Preview card. Switch between four real contexts:

  • Desktop feed (246 × 138 px, side-by-side with a placeholder neighbor)
  • Mobile feed (320 × 180 px)
  • Search result (168 × 94 px, with description + neighboring row)
  • Suggested sidebar (168 × 94 px, with 2 neighboring rows)

Every mockup renders your thumbnail at the exact size YouTube actually shows it, with real YouTube typography, spacing, and a matching channel row (your brand name + emoji + colour become the channel avatar). Toggle Dark / Light to check readability in both viewer modes. It's rendered entirely in-browser with no iframes and no external services — the surrounding YouTube UI is a pure CSS/SVG mock so your thumbnail sits next to visual competition, not in a vacuum. Regenerate or edit your thumbnail and the preview updates live. Free, zero credits — it's just a smarter way to look at what you already made.

🛠️ Six new free YouTube tools + landing pages (July 22)#

Six fresh pages went live in one batch, all built off tools that already live inside SEO Wizard or on public YouTube data — no new subscription tiers, no new API keys, just more surface area for the searches creators actually run:

  • AI Chapter Generator — upload a video, get YouTube-ready MM:SS Title chapters that land on real topic shifts (not fixed intervals). Free plan available.
  • AI Description Generator — a full YouTube description with a fold-line hook, body, chapters, hashtags and CTA — written from what you actually said on camera, not a generic prompt.
  • Description Extractor — paste any competitor's video URL, pull the full description (hooks, chapters, links, hashtags) with one-click copy. Free, no sign-up. Handy for studying what actually ranks in your niche.
  • Profile Picture Downloader — paste a channel URL, @handle, or video link. Download the channel's avatar in three sizes (88 × 88, 240 × 240, 800 × 800). Free, no watermark, no sign-up.
  • AI Title Generator — three title variants from three angles (direct / curiosity / benefit), keyword front-loaded, 60–70 chars — pick your favorite or A/B test all three.
  • AI Keywords Generator — 15–30 focused SEO keywords picked from your video's actual content, not just the topic. Distinct from the free Tags Generator (that's a topic-first template; this is video-aware AI).

All six now show up in the /tools catalog, the site footer, and the sitemap / llms.txt discovery surfaces.

🎨 Brand Kit — copy any channel's color palette in one click (July 22)#

Brand Kit's Style card gets a new "Copy from a YouTube channel" button. Paste a competitor or inspiration channel's URL / @handle → we read their last 15 uploads → aggregate a 5-color palette from their actual thumbnails via k-means → you preview and one-click apply it as your brand's palette. Includes a mor "🎬 Palette from @channel" attribution chip so you never forget where the vibe came from. Zero credits — just uses your existing daily channel-clone allowance. If you later add or remove a manual style reference, the channel attribution clears automatically (the fresh palette gets re-derived from your reference, so the chip would be misleading).

🧩 Chrome Extension — now live on the Chrome Web Store#

TubeWizz's browser extension passed Chrome review and is live. Install it in one click from the Chrome Web Store — free, no account needed to try. You get an on-page SEO score for every YouTube video you visit, AI title/hook/tag rewrites, a "Vs your channel" comparison against your own averages, and one-click Send-to-SEO-Wizard. The tubewizz.com/extension landing page has been updated: no more "under review" banner, the primary Add-to-Chrome button goes straight to the live listing.

✨ Thumbnail Maker — 8 named style effects#

Until now the Thumbnail Maker did the heavy lifting invisibly — automatic brand colour rules, niche colour chords, three composition angles — and the only knob you saw was "featured text". Fine when the AI hit; frustrating when it didn't. Now there's a new Style effects row on the input screen with 8 named looks: Glow Halo · 3D Pop · Neon Glitch · Cinematic · Retro · Minimal · Comic · Gradient Fade. Pick one and every variant gets that visual language on top of everything else the AI does automatically. Not sure? Skip it — the auto layers still run. When your picked style clashes with your brand colour, the style wins (your explicit choice beats the implicit rule). Same 3-credits-per-generation, no extra cost.

🎨 Thumbnail Maker landing — brand-new dark theme#

Our marketing page at tubewizz.com/thumbnail-maker got a complete visual overhaul: dark background, Plus Jakarta Sans typography, indigo accent, and — most fun — a live thumbnail wall in the hero that scrolls behind the headline, populated from our curated Thumbnail Library. Every hour the shuffle rotates. The rest of the page is rebuilt to the same brief: a builder demo, three showcase blocks that walk through the "zero clicks → style library → refine loop" story, and a pricing section wired to your real Starter / Pro / Agency plans. Same URL, same free-credits offer — just a page that finally looks like the tool it's selling.

😱 Dial in the facial expression on any thumbnail#

Reaction, gaming and drama creators live and die by the face on the thumbnail — the same face reads calm on one video and shocked on the next. Both the Thumbnail Maker and the SEO Wizard now support a 5-stop expression intensity control: Auto / Calm / Focused / Surprised / Shocked, each with a distinct visual direction (wide eyes, mouth open, hands to the head — you get the idea). In the Thumbnail Maker, the picker sits right under your Reference Photo and applies to all three variants. In the SEO Wizard, the AI auto-picks the best-fit expression from your video's topic and transcript — a reaction video defaults to Shocked, a tutorial to Focused, a vlog to Calm — and the choice appears as a chip on the result page ("✨ AI suggested: Focused"). Not what you had in mind? Click Change, pick another stop, and the three variants regenerate with your new expression. Free on new thumbnails; the SEO Wizard override uses the same 1 credit as a normal regenerate.

📣 Repurpose your thumbnail for Shorts, Instagram and Story in one click#

Your best-performing YouTube thumbnail deserves to live everywhere, not just on the video page. On the Thumbnail Maker result screen — and on any past thumbnail detail page — there's now a pink "Repurpose for social media →" card under the selected variant. One click sends it to the Announcement Maker with the format picker already open: choose Shorts 9:16, Instagram 1:1, Instagram Story 4:5 or Facebook 16:9, and the AI generates a matching visual that inherits your thumbnail's colours, subject and mood. Costs 1 credit, same as any Announcement Maker generation. Auto-refunds if generation fails.

🎯 Every AI thumbnail now comes with a clickability score#

Picking between three AI-generated thumbnails used to be a coin flip — you'd choose the one that "looked coolest" and hope for the best. Not any more. Every thumbnail the Thumbnail Maker generates now ships with a 0-100 clickability score and 3-5 specific reasons — a big rounded badge in the corner of the winner ("78 · Strong · Estimate"), a mini score under each variant thumbnail, and an expandable "What the AI noticed" panel that says exactly what's working ("great contrast on the face", "text easy to read at small size") and what isn't. Scores are always labelled Estimate — no fake certainty — and the underlying method blends deterministic image analysis (contrast, palette, composition) with a GPT vision judgement of mobile-thumbnail readability. Available on every new generation, no extra credits.

🖼️ New free tool — YouTube Thumbnail Tester#

Not ready to generate a new thumbnail from scratch, but want to know if the one you're about to upload is any good? The new YouTube Thumbnail Tester is free, no-sign-up, and takes 30 seconds: drop a JPEG/PNG/WebP thumbnail, hit "Score my thumbnail", and the same AI that grades every Thumbnail Maker output tells you whether it's likely to underperform, land solidly, or crush. Reasons come back specific ("focal point is unclear", "colours feel muted"), not vague. Free tier is 5 tests per IP per day; the paid Thumbnail Maker gets unlimited scoring plus AI variants that start higher out of the box.

🎨 Thumbnail Maker — Learn from any YouTube channel#

Style Reference just got its most-requested source. Paste any YouTube channel URL, @handle or channel ID into the new "From a channel" panel — the last 15 uploads load as a grid of 16:9 cards, and one click uses any of them as the style reference for your new thumbnail. Pair it with a face photo and the AI blends both. Nothing about the channel is saved to your Brand Kit — it's reference only, for style inspiration. Free tier gets 3 channels/day; Starter 10/day; Pro and Agency unlimited. No credits used until you actually generate.

📱 Billing plans now swipe smoothly on mobile#

Comparing plans on your phone used to be painful — cards were squeezed into three narrow columns that clipped titles and wrapped buttons across three lines, and the last card (Agency) fell off the right edge entirely. Now on any screen below tablet width, the plan grid becomes a swipeable carousel: swipe left or right to move between Free, Starter, Pro and Agency; each card snaps to centre so you always see one full plan at a time with a hint of the next one peeking in. Desktop layout is unchanged. Same clean pattern we already use on the marketing pricing page.

⏭️ Onboarding is now optional — start using the app right away#

We used to force every new account through a six-step wizard before you could see the dashboard. Not any more. Whenever you land on onboarding, a subtle "Skip for now →" pill sits in the top-right corner of every step — one click and you're on your way. If you came from a marketing CTA (e.g. clicked "Try it now" on tubewizz.com/shorts-maker), Skip takes you straight to that tool, not the dashboard. Later on, if we still don't have your channel details, a small yellow banner will invite you back to finish the wizard when you're ready — but you can dismiss it for a week, and it never appears for paid plans. Paid checkouts (Starter / Pro / Agency from the pricing page) still walk you through the wizard as before so we can set up your brand for billing.

📊 New — YouTube Stats: top channels, ranked#

We launched a brand-new free hub at tubewizz.com/youtube-stats — search any YouTube channel and see live subscriber, view and video counts, then dive into ranked leaderboards: Top 50 / 100 / 500 globally, top channels in 195 countries, and top channels in 15 categories (Entertainment, Music, Gaming, Kids, Tech, Education, Sports, Lifestyle, Food, Travel, News, Health, Business, Autos, and Pets). More than 1,000 real channels populated on day one, refreshed every Sunday. Every ranking page loads instantly — no sign-up, no paywall — with real channel avatars, real subscriber counts, and clean mobile layouts. Channel profile pages with charts and top videos are coming next.

🎁 Onboarding — new Free plan card#

The last step of onboarding used to push you straight into a Starter trial that required a card. Now you see all four plans side-by-side — Free · Starter · Pro · Agency — and can pick the Free tier with one click. No card, no trial, 15 credits to explore the tools, upgrade any time.

📱 Mobile — collapsible sidebar#

The left sidebar now slides in from the edge on mobile and tablet. Tap the hamburger button in the top bar to open it, tap outside (or press Escape) to close. Everything stays exactly where it was on desktop.

🖼️ Thumbnail Maker — Learn from your top-performing videos#

Your strongest style reference isn't a random competitor thumbnail — it's the thumbnails your own audience has already rewarded. The Thumbnail Maker's Style Reference now has a "Learn from my top-performing videos" button that pulls your channel's biggest hits (ranked by views-per-day so age-old classics don't crowd out fresh momentum), shows them as a picker grid, and lets you use any one as the style reference for the new thumbnail. Pair it with a face photo and the AI blends both. If you haven't connected YouTube to the brand yet, or the sync hasn't run yet, the section explains exactly what to do next. Free, no credits.

🎬 Content Planning — production checklist, budget & follow-ups#

Content Planning grows up. Open any plan and you'll find three new sections in the detail panel: Production checklist with a default five-stage flow (Script → Shot list → Filming → Editing → Thumbnail & Publish) that you can tick off, rename, reorder or add to; Budget that tracks line-item expenses with six categories (transport, equipment, crew, decor, software, other) and separate totals per currency (no fake exchange rate estimation); and Plan a follow-up, which asks the AI for three sequel ideas for the current video and lets you turn any one of them into a new linked plan with one click. Sequels remember their parent — a small "Sequel of: [parent title]" badge appears at the top so you always know a video is part of a series. Costs one credit per follow-up brainstorm; the credit is refunded automatically if the AI service errors.

⏱️ Comment Analyzer — Timeline reactions#

When your viewers reference specific moments in your video ("that bit at 3:45 was gold!") the Comment Analyzer now groups those references into a Timeline reactions section on the results page. Each hot moment shows the timestamp, how many viewers reacted, a one-sentence summary of what's happening at that second, and up to three of the actual comments so you can read them in the viewers' own words. Click the timestamp badge and the video opens on YouTube at that exact second. Hot moments are detected deterministically (at least three distinct comments referencing timestamps within a ten-second window), so a single vocal viewer can't fake a "hot moment". The whole feature runs inside the existing comment analysis — no extra credits.

📚 New — Open Knowledge Format bundle for AI agents#

TubeWizz now publishes an Open Knowledge Format (OKF) v0.1 bundle at tubewizz.com/okf/. It's a machine-readable knowledge graph — one markdown file per concept, YAML frontmatter, internal links — covering our tools, YouTube creator concepts (CTR, watch time, engagement rate, the Partner Program, and more), workflow guides, and public company information. When AI agents (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude) look for structured knowledge about what TubeWizz does or how to grow on YouTube, this is the bundle they'll find. Nothing crawls OKF via traditional search yet — this is early-mover positioning like early Schema.org adoption. Every file is noindex (won't show in Google results) and canonicals to its live marketing page. Discovery is via a signpost line in our llms.txt. Not intended for human browsing.

🧩 New free tool — YouTube Embed Code Generator#

Every YouTube URL has 20+ hidden player parameters, and YouTube's built-in "Share → Embed" pop-up exposes maybe 3 of them. Now every one is a toggle: tubewizz.com/youtube-embed-code-generator. Paste any video, Shorts or playlist URL and dial in autoplay, mute, loop, captions, start/end time, player language, privacy mode, and 12 more — with a live iframe preview that updates as you toggle so you see exactly what visitors will see. Pick between Responsive (modern aspect-ratio wrapper), Fixed 16:9, Shorts 9:16, or Custom size, then copy one clean HTML snippet ready to paste into your blog, CMS or landing page. YouTube's loop=1 quirk that needs a hidden playlist=<sameId> parameter? Handled automatically. Free, no sign-up.

🏷️ New free tool — YouTube Tag Extractor#

Ever wondered exactly which tags a competitor is using on a viral video? Now you can see them: tubewizz.com/youtube-tag-extractor. Paste any YouTube URL — watch page, Shorts, youtu.be link, even a raw video ID — and every public tag the creator used comes back in seconds, each one labelled Featured (also in the title), Broad (1–2 words), Mid (3–4 words), or Long-tail (5+ words). Live 500-character counter matches YouTube's per-video tag limit, remove any tag you don't want with one click, then copy the rest ready to paste into YouTube Studio. Free, no sign-up, no per-video limit. Different from the Tags Generator — that one invents tags from a topic; the Tag Extractor reads them off an existing video.

📊 Chrome extension — "Vs your channel" comparison#

The Details panel now includes a new Vs your channel block. When you're signed in and your brand's YouTube is connected, it shows this video's engagement and like ratio side-by-side with your own last 20 videos' averages — with a coloured badge telling you how much better or worse (3.5× ↑ in green, 2.0× ↓ in red, or a quiet "similar" when the two are within 10% of each other). Works on any watch page: rival videos, your own uploads, anything you scroll into.

✨ Chrome extension — AI Improve (title / hook / tags)#

Rival extensions only show numbers; TubeWizz now fixes them. Every score row for Title, Hook above the fold, and Tags carries a small ✨ button. One click opens an inline AI panel with three improved alternatives — written in the same language as the video, and never auto-applied. You pick which one to copy. Each click uses one credit; if the AI service errors, the credit is refunded automatically. Signed-out or out of credits states surface a friendly message with the right link.

🧩 Chrome extension — Quick Actions row#

The overlay's Details panel now ends with a Quick Actions grid — five one-tap shortcuts that hand the current YouTube video off to the rest of TubeWizz without leaving the tab. Analyze the comments, jump into Trend Finder with a keyword picked from the video's tags, open Thumbnail Maker with the title pre-filled, start a Competitor Analysis with the channel already added as your first rival, or save the video as a Content Planning idea — the last one lands straight in your inbox with a "✓ Saved" tick, no page reload.

June 2026#

🛠️ Competitor Tracking FAQ now shows the right plan names and limits#

The Competitor Tracking page's FAQ was still referencing old plan names ("Plus", "Business", "Enterprise") that no longer exist. It now correctly reads: Free and Starter — 1 rival, Pro — 3 rivals, Agency — 5 rivals per tracking job — matching what the app actually enforces.

🔗 Footer social links now point to our real accounts#

The footer used to show three social icons — YouTube, X, and Instagram — but all of them just opened the platform's homepage, not TubeWizz's actual profile. Fixed: the YouTube icon now opens @Tubewizz on YouTube and a new LinkedIn icon opens our LinkedIn page. The X and Instagram icons were removed because we don't run accounts there yet — no dead links.

✅ Honest landing page — no more fake stats#

We took a hard look at the homepage and removed every claim we couldn't back up. The hero no longer says "4.9★ · 200+ creators", the stats banner no longer claims "12K+ creators worldwide" or "87% ranking improvement", the "trusted by" logo strip no longer shows made-up company names, and the analytics block doesn't pretend "+340% average view increase". In their place, real, verifiable numbers about the product: 23+ AI tools, 4 creator workflows (Create · Optimize · Research · Publish), free to start, 10+ brands per Agency plan, and the actual APIs we're built on (OpenAI, Deepgram, YouTube, Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe). The growth chart illustration now wears an "Illustrative" badge so it's clearly an example, not a customer outcome.

🏛️ A proper About page#

The About page got a real rewrite. There's now an honest origin story (why we built TubeWizz), our mission in plain English, the full list of what we offer organized by workflow (Create / Optimize / Research / Publish), the principles that guide how we ship — including our commitment to never train on your video content and to never invent fake metrics — and a clear introduction to Facty OÜ, the small independent team in Estonia 🇪🇪 behind TubeWizz. Plus quick links to the tools page, pricing, the Help Center, and a way to reach us directly.

✍️ Bio Optimizer now pulls your current bio automatically#

No more copy-pasting. When you open the Bio Optimizer for a brand, your current YouTube channel description is now fetched and filled in for you, so you can see and tweak the real thing before optimizing. A "Pulled from your channel" badge confirms it, and a Re-fetch button reloads it any time. If a channel can't be read, you can still paste your bio manually as before.

💰 New free tool: YouTube Monetization Checker#

Wondering if a channel can be monetized? Paste any channel URL or @handle into the new YouTube Monetization Checker and instantly see whether it meets the YouTube Partner Program's 1,000-subscriber requirement — checked live from public data. Because watch hours, strikes and AdSense status are private (only visible in YouTube Studio), the tool lays them out as a clear checklist instead of guessing. It's about eligibility — separate from the Money Calculator, which estimates earnings. Free, no sign-up. Find it in the footer and the tools page.

✨ Friendlier loading animations across every tool#

While a tool works, you'll now see a playful TubeWizz mascot instead of a plain spinner — and it matches what the tool is doing: a bouncing wizard casting sparkles when creating (SEO Wizard, Shorts, Captions, Subtitles, Thumbnails), an orbiting hat when optimizing (Playlist Optimizer, Thumbnail Translate), a scanning wizard when researching (Trend Finder, Competitor Analysis, Comment Analysis, Collab Potential), and a confetti pop when publishing (Announcement Maker, Giveaway Picker). Same speed, just a nicer wait.

🎨 Brand Kit: add your logo + smarter style matching#

Your Brand Kit got three upgrades. Logo: upload your logo and pick a corner — TubeWizz now composites it onto your AI thumbnails automatically. Smarter style: when you save a style reference, TubeWizz reads its look (typography, composition, color treatment, what to avoid) and keeps every new thumbnail consistent with it — not just the colors. Head start: new brands connected to a YouTube channel get a starting color palette pulled from their channel avatar, so the Brand Kit isn't empty on day one.

📧 Billing emails — receipts for purchases, renewals & failed payments#

You now get a clear, branded email for every billing moment: when you buy a credit pack (credits added + amount + new balance), when you start a subscription (plan, price, monthly credits, and your trial end date if applicable), when your plan renews each cycle (amount charged, refreshed credits, next renewal date + invoice link), and if a payment fails (with a one-click link to update your card). No more silent charges — there's always a paper trail in your inbox.

💳 Free trial now on Starter; Pro & Agency start instantly#

The 7-day free trial is now part of the Starter plan. Pro and Agency no longer run a trial — choosing them takes you straight to a paid subscription, so you get full access immediately. You can still cancel anytime. Pricing pages, checkout, and onboarding now make this clear.

🪄 Tweak a thumbnail with a quick instruction#

Almost-perfect thumbnail? You no longer have to regenerate all three to fix one small thing. In both the SEO Wizard results and the Thumbnail Maker, pick a thumbnail, click Edit with a prompt, and describe the change — "change the headline to 'INDEX TRACKING'," "darken the background," "remove the magnifying glass." TubeWizz edits just that thumbnail (keeping its composition and faces) and adds the revised version alongside your other options, so nothing you like gets lost. Keep refining it as many times as you want — each edit costs 1 credit, and you're never charged if it fails.

🎯 Push to the right video automatically#

When you start the SEO Wizard from a YouTube link or a video on your connected channel, TubeWizz already knows which video you mean. On the results page, Push to YouTube now locks onto that exact video — it's pre-selected and shown as your "Source Video," so there's no list to scroll and no chance of pushing your titles, tags, or thumbnail to the wrong upload. (Uploading a file still lets you pick any video on your channel, as before.)

🔗 Run the SEO Wizard from a YouTube link — no re-upload#

You can now start a SEO analysis straight from a YouTube URL. On the upload screen, switch to From YouTube URL and paste any public or unlisted video — yours or one already on your channel. TubeWizz fetches it for you and runs the full analysis (titles, description, tags, chapters, thumbnails, subtitles), so you don't have to download and re-upload your own videos anymore. Uploading a file still works exactly as before.

✏️ Edit your titles right on the results page#

You can now edit the suggested titles directly in the SEO Wizard results — just click a title and type. Your changes save automatically, and a live character counter warns you if a title goes over YouTube's 100-character limit. The description box is also clearer now: it's white with an "editable" hint, so it's obvious you can rewrite it before copying or pushing.

🖼️ Better thumbnail text and truer style references#

Thumbnails from the SEO Wizard now respect your inputs more closely. When you pick a style reference, its colors and look actually drive the design instead of being washed over by your brand color — your brand color now sits as a tasteful accent on top. Text on the thumbnail is also more accurate: your brand glossary terms keep their exact spelling. (Generated text can still occasionally be imperfect — image generation has its limits — but it's noticeably better.)

⏳ Push to YouTube waits until everything's ready#

The Push to YouTube button now stays disabled with a "Preparing…" note while your thumbnails and subtitles are still being generated, then unlocks automatically once everything is done — so you never push a half-finished result.

⚡ Marketing pages now load noticeably faster#

Every public page on tubewizz.com — the homepage, SEO Wizard, pricing, all the free tools, and the Help Center — now serves from a cache right at the network edge. Repeat visits open in a fraction of the time they used to (time-to-first-byte dropped from ~0.9s to ~0.2s). Nothing changes about what you see; pages just appear quicker, especially on mobile.

💬 Get subtitles straight from the SEO Wizard#

You can now create subtitles right inside the SEO Wizard — no separate tool needed. On the upload screen, flip on Create subtitles and pick the languages you want. When your video finishes, the result page gives you a downloadable .srt for each language, and they also show up in your SRT Generator history. They're built from the same transcription the SEO Wizard already runs, so the first language is free and each extra language is just 1 credit.

📤 Push to YouTube — choose Draft or Publish#

When you push your optimized title, description, tags and thumbnail to a connected YouTube channel, you can now choose the video's visibility: Save as draft (private), Publish (public), or Don't change. It defaults to draft, so nothing goes live by accident — review it on YouTube first, then publish when you're ready. If a video is already public, we warn you before switching it back to draft.

🛠️ Fixed: SEO Wizard failing for brands with a custom glossary#

If your brand had glossary terms set, the SEO Wizard could fail during transcription with a "Processing failed" error. This was caused by a change on our speech provider's side, and it's now fixed — your glossary still improves spelling, and transcription no longer breaks if a term can't be applied. Just re-upload your video.

🎨 Brand Kit — save your thumbnail style too#

Your Brand Kit now has a Style section alongside Persona. Save a reference thumbnail (upload one or pick from your Thumbnail Library) and TubeWizz pulls out its color palette and reuses that look automatically in the SEO Wizard and Thumbnail Maker. Save both a persona and a style, and your thumbnails keep your face and your style with zero setup each time — you can still override either per video.

🧑 Brand Kit — save your face once, reuse it on every thumbnail#

Tired of re-uploading your photo every time you make a thumbnail? Your brand now has a Brand Kit — Persona section (in the brand profile). Upload your face once and it auto-fills the Reference Photo in the SEO Wizard and Thumbnail Maker — you can still override it or turn it off per video. Because a face photo is personal data, we ask for a clear, one-time consent before saving it, and removing it deletes the photo. Saving a persona is free.

🎨 Contact page now matches the rest of the site#

The Contact page picked up the same clean dark theme as the rest of TubeWizz — consistent colors, cards, and form styling instead of the old half-light look. Same form, just a more polished, on-brand feel.

🩺 Cleaner, faster page loads (site health pass)#

We fixed two missing icon files that were silently 404-ing on every page, and changed our analytics so the heavier third-party scripts (heatmaps/session insight) now load only after you start interacting with the page — not before. The result: a cleaner browser console, no wasted requests on first paint, and a faster initial load, with no change to what you see or how anything works.

🤖 TubeWizz is now fully readable by AI search engines (llms.txt)#

We published a single-file, full-text description of the whole site at tubewizz.com/llms.txt (also at /llms.md). It describes every public page — the homepage, SEO Wizard, pricing, and all 24 tools — in one clean markdown document that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI and Claude can read in a single fetch. It updates itself as we ship new tools, so AI assistants always describe TubeWizz accurately.

🌍 New free tool — YouTube Region Restriction Checker#

Wondering whether a YouTube video is blocked in certain countries? Paste any video link into the new Region Restriction Checker and instantly see its geo-availability: available worldwide, blocked in specific countries, or limited to an allowed set — each country shown with its flag. Works with watch, youtu.be, Shorts and embed links. Free, no sign-up.

🖼️ Pick a thumbnail from your library directly inside SEO Wizard#

When you're choosing a thumbnail on the SEO Wizard result page, you no longer have to leave to find the one you saved earlier. A new Pick from Library button next to the thumbnail grid opens your Thumbnail Library in a modal — your own saved thumbnails plus the curated TubeWizz set. One click and that image is added to the job and marked as selected. Works even when the AI thumbnails have expired or none were generated yet.

👤 Your profile is now in one place — top-right#

Everything related to your account — Subscription, Settings, Help Center, Sign Out — is now behind your profile photo in the top-right corner. The old "Account" section in the sidebar (and the email + sign-out row at the bottom) are gone. One click on your avatar opens a clean dropdown with everything in it.

Your photo fills in automatically: if you signed in with Google, your Google avatar appears. If not, we use your first brand's emoji. Either way, the chip stops being a faceless letter.

🧭 A friendlier 404 page when you hit a broken link#

If you ever land on a URL that no longer exists — a stale bookmark, a typo, or a tool that's been moved — you now see a clean TubeWizz-styled page instead of a blank "page not found" screen. The page gives you three one-click ways back on track: Go to homepage, Browse all 23 YouTube tools, or Visit the Help Center. Same dark theme and brand voice as the rest of the site.

💬 Influencer Directory — Brands can now message creators directly#

The marketplace is fully open. Anyone browsing /influencers can hit Send inquiry on a creator's profile and start a conversation without the creator's email ever being shared.

How messaging works:

  • Sign in, pick a brand to send from (or none), write a subject and message, and submit.
  • TubeWizz forwards the email to the creator with your address as reply-to — they reply to you directly from their inbox.
  • The creator gets the inquiry in their new Inquiries inbox at app.tubewizz.com/influencer-profile/inquiries, with Reply and Mark-as-spam buttons on every message.

Anti-abuse is baked in:

  • A maximum of 20 inquiries per day and 3 inquiries per creator over 30 days keep outreach respectful.
  • Creators can mark a sender as spam — that sender is blocked from messaging them for 60 days.

Brand Profile also has a new card that walks you through getting listed yourself: just open any brand with a YouTube channel attached and hit Get listed.

🎙️ Influencer Directory — Get discovered by brands looking for creators#

Your YouTube channel can now be listed in the public TubeWizz Influencer Directory. Brands looking for creators in your niche can find you, see your audience profile, and reach out — your email stays private.

How it works:

  1. Open any brand with a YouTube channel connected and head to Influencer Profile.
  2. Walk through the 5-step setup (niche, audience countries and languages, collab types, short pitch).
  3. Submit for review — most profiles are approved within 24 hours.
  4. Flip the Make live toggle and your listing appears in /influencers.

Brands browsing the directory can filter by niche, subscriber tier, audience country, language, and collab type. Every channel is verified through the brand's YouTube connection, so the stats brands see are real.

Available now on every paid plan — Starter, Pro, and Agency. Inquiry messaging (so brands can reach out directly) lands next week.

🎬 Shorts Maker — Smooth pan between speakers (no more hard cuts)#

Last week's Active speaker mode jumped instantly when the camera moved from one person to the other. That snap is gone — speaker changes now glide across with a smooth 0.5-second pan, so the cut feels like a real camera move rather than an edit.

Short clips get shorter pans automatically, so the framing keeps up even when speakers swap rapidly in punchy back-and-forth exchanges.

Nothing to enable — turn on Active speaker mode like before and you'll see the difference immediately.

🎙️ Shorts Maker — Active speaker mode for 2-person interviews#

When you're cutting a podcast or interview into Shorts, the framing now follows whoever is speaking. Pick the new Active speaker option in the Crop position picker and Shorts Maker will:

  • Detect every face in each clip.
  • Match each speaker to a face on screen.
  • Pan the crop window across the clip so the camera lands on the person currently talking, then back to the other when they answer.

For solo segments and silence, your slider value is used as the fallback position so the framing has a sensible default.

If only one person is visible in a clip, the clip falls back to the previous Auto-track face behaviour automatically — you'll always get sensible cropping, even on the b-roll moments between interview turns.

Available now on every Shorts Maker job in Center Crop or Large Main layout.

🪪 Brand profile limits are now enforced consistently#

Your plan's brand profile cap (1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, 10 on Agency) is now applied everywhere — whether you create a brand from the Brands page, the quick-create modal in the sidebar, or anywhere else. When you reach the limit, the New Brand page shows a clear card telling you which plan unlocks more, with one click straight to Upgrade.

Nothing changes if you're under the limit: brands are still created instantly with no extra steps.

🧾 See every payment and download invoices anytime#

Your Billing page now has a clear way to access everything about your subscription — past payments, PDF invoices, payment method, plan changes and cancellation — in one place.

  • A new Subscription & Invoices card sits at the top of the Billing page with one big Open Billing Portal button.
  • The portal is hosted securely by Stripe and shows every transaction you've ever made on your account, with a one-click PDF download for each invoice.
  • You can also update your card, switch between Starter / Pro / Agency, change your billing email, or cancel — without contacting support.
  • The same shortcut now appears on your post-checkout welcome pages ("Manage subscription" → opens the portal directly).

Free users without a payment history won't see this card — it only shows up once you've subscribed.

🩳 Shorts Maker — Smarter cropping (and now auto-track the speaker)#

We've made two big improvements to how Shorts Maker chooses the visible part of a horizontal video.

Pick the crop position yourself. When you choose Center Crop or Large Main, a new slider lets you shift the visible area left or right between -100 and +100. Drag it Right 60 if your speaker stands in the right half of the frame, Left 40 if they're on the left. Default Center means nothing changes for existing workflows.

Or let the speaker be tracked for you. Above the slider you'll see a new Auto-track faces (Beta) option. Turn it on and every clip is checked individually — the speaker's face is found and the crop window centres on them, automatically. Useful when clip 1 has them on the left and clip 2 has them on the right; no more re-rendering with different slider settings per clip.

When auto-track can't find a face (b-roll, low light, no people on screen) it falls back to your slider value, so you can set a sensible safety position. The slider title changes to "Fallback position" so you always know what it's doing.

Available now on every Shorts Maker job.

🎯 New success page after every purchase — and ad campaign conversion tracking ready out of the box#

Right after a successful checkout you now land on a redesigned welcome page that tells you exactly what you bought:

  • The plan name + monthly credit allowance + when your 7-day trial ends (or for credit packs: how many credits were added and your new balance).
  • Three big shortcut buttons to SEO Wizard / Shorts Maker / Trend Finder — pick a tool and dive straight in.
  • Quick links to manage your subscription and download the receipt from Stripe.

For TubeWizz teams running paid ad campaigns: this page is now a clean conversion goal URL that fires the standard purchase event to whichever ad platforms you've set up. Just add your pixel IDs in the admin panel (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing UET, Reddit, Twitter or a single GTM container) and your campaigns will start receiving real value-per-conversion data on every successful purchase.

🎬 Shorts Maker — choose the layout that fits your video#

Tired of thick blurred bands above and below your clips? Shorts Maker now offers three layout choices:

  • Blur Background (default) — the classic look, with the full source video visible inside a blurred backdrop.
  • Center Crop — fills the entire 9:16 frame by cropping the sides off your horizontal video. No blur bands at all, the most natural-looking Shorts output.
  • Large Main — blurred backdrop, but your main video sits much larger inside it.

Plus a new Main video size slider lets you fine-tune how big the main video is (60-100%, default 90%). The Layout picker now also shows a small phone-shape preview with the TikTok/Shorts UI safe area marked in grey — so you know exactly where the platform overlays will sit and where to position your captions.

📝 Shorts Maker — choose where the captions sit#

The 5-zone caption position picker from Caption Maker (top / upper / center / lower / bottom) is now in Shorts Maker too. Default stays at the bottom so existing workflows don't change, but you can lift captions above the TikTok/Shorts UI overlay any time.

🧰 New All YouTube Tools page + cleaner mega-menu#

The Features dropdown was getting crowded — 10 tools in the Research column alone. We've trimmed it back to a focused 4 picks per category and put every tool TubeWizz ships on one clean page.

  • Mega-menu now shows only the most-used 4 tools per category. Tap "View all features →" at the bottom to land on the new catalog.
  • New /tools page lists all 23 tools, grouped into Create / Optimize / Research / Publish, with a one-line description per card.
  • The URL is plain tubewizz.com/tools — bookmarkable, shareable, and fully indexed.

🌍 See exactly where your viewers live#

We've added a brand-new Geography section to your Brand Analytics tab — answer "which country watches me the most?" without ever opening YouTube Studio.

  • Three KPI cards at the top: top country by viewers, top country by total watch time, and the country adding the most subscribers right now.
  • Top-12 country table with flag emojis, view share %, watch hours and new-sub counts — sorted by views.
  • Period toggle — switch between last 30, 90 or 365 days instantly. All three windows are pre-synced so there's no loading wait.
  • Already connected your YouTube account for revenue/retention? Geography works on the same connection — no extra setup, no extra permissions.
  • Ask the AI Assistant directly: "where are my Turkish viewers?" or "what's my fastest-growing country?"

The data syncs every Monday morning. If your channel is brand new, give it a week and your audience map will start filling in.

📊 Export your analytics to Excel — one click#

Want to hand your channel numbers to a teammate, a client or your accountant? You can now download them as a real .xlsx file.

  • New Export Excel button next to "Refresh" on the Brand Analytics tab.
  • Pick a date range (7/30/90/365 or any custom window) and choose which sheets to include.
  • The workbook can include Executive Summary, Daily Breakdown, Video Performance, Revenue and Geography — five sheets, each with formatted columns and frozen headers.
  • Sheets that don't have data for your range (e.g. Revenue on a channel that isn't monetized) skip silently, so the file never has empty pages.

👀 Watcher — every tracked competitor's activity in one feed#

You no longer have to wait until Monday's report to know what your competitors are up to.

  • New "Watcher" page in the sidebar shows the last 30 days of activity from every channel you're tracking — new uploads and subscriber milestones, freshest first.
  • Sub milestones: when a tracked channel crosses 10K, 100K, 1M (and 7 other thresholds), you get a "🎉 [Channel] hit 1M subscribers" notification — both in the bell and on the feed.
  • Sidebar badge: a red pill next to "Watcher" tells you how many new activity items have landed since you last opened the page.
  • Visiting the page clears the badge automatically.

🧠 Your videos are now auto-grouped into niches#

We've taught TubeWizz to read each video on your channel and tag it with the niche that fits best — Tech, AI, Gaming, Cooking, Fitness, Finance, ASMR, and 23 more.

  • New "Niches" card on Brand Analytics shows your top 5 niches by total views, with a "Top niche" badge on the leader. You can finally answer "which kind of video actually works on my channel?" without eyeballing the table.
  • New Niche column on the video table — sort, scan, spot the outliers.
  • Ask the AI Assistant directly: "which of my niches has the most views?" or "what topics am I uploading too much of?" — it now reads the breakdown straight from your data.
  • Classification runs automatically once a week. Hit Re-classify on the Niches card any time you want a fresh pass.

🆓 "Continue free" — no credit card required#

The "Continue free" option at the end of onboarding is now truly free — no card, no Stripe trial.

  • Click Continue free — 7 days, no credit card required and you immediately land on the dashboard with 15 credits ready to use.
  • No automatic charge at any point. When you run out of credits, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
  • Already chose a paid plan from the pricing page? You skip this screen and go straight to checkout as before.

📅 Period filter on Dashboard and Brand Analytics (7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days)#

You can now choose how far back to look on both the Dashboard and Brand Analytics pages.

  • Dashboard — the Growth Overview chart and the subscriber/views/videos delta figures now update based on the selected window. Pick 7d for a quick health check, or 365d for a full-year trend. The period is stored in the URL so you can bookmark or share your preferred view.
  • Brand Analytics — the same picker lives on the analytics tab. Your preference is remembered in the browser, so you don't have to re-select it every visit.
  • Every stat card, growth chart, videos table, publish heatmap, duration scatter, and the Revenue card all respond to the period you choose.

🎁 Pick-your-plan screen at the end of onboarding#

When you finish setting up your brand, you now land on a quick "Pick a plan" screen with Starter, Pro and Agency on it — plus a clear Continue free — 7-day trial button underneath.

  • Tap "Continue free" and you'll start the Starter plan's 7-day free trial — full access to every tool with 100 credits. Cancel anytime before day 8 from your billing page and you won't be charged.
  • After day 7, Starter continues at $12/mo so your account keeps working without interruption.
  • Already chose a plan from the pricing page? You skip this screen and go straight to checkout — no double prompt.

🔌 One-click YouTube Connect — straight from Revenue & Retention#

The Revenue and Audience Retention cards used to just tell you they were empty. Now they offer a fix.

  • Connect button built into both empty states — no more hunting for the YouTube Connect option in brand settings.
  • The Retention card also distinguishes between "you haven't connected yet" and "we connected, the sync just hasn't run yet" — so you always know whether to act or wait.
  • New onboarding step: after you finish setup with a YouTube channel URL, we ask if you'd like to connect right then. One click, and revenue, CPM, RPM and hook rate start flowing the next morning. Skip is always available — you can connect any time later.

📣 In-app announcements — new features land in your bell#

You'll find out about new TubeWizz features the moment they ship — no need to remember to check the changelog page.

  • Every announcement appears as a notification in your bell dropdown, just like a competitor-tracking alert.
  • Click it open and you'll get the full story in a modal: what's new, why it matters, and a one-click button to try it.
  • Audience-aware on our side — we can target announcements at all users, only paid plans, only free plans, or specific accounts when something's relevant to just you.

You'll get a "🎉 Announcements just launched" message in your bell as soon as we ship the first broadcast.

🎯 Hook rate is now on every brand's dashboard#

The single most important quality signal on YouTube — how much of your video the average viewer actually watches — is now front and centre on the brand Analytics tab.

  • Audience Retention card with the channel-wide Hook%, average view duration, and your three best- and worst-retained videos at a glance.
  • Hook% column on the video table, colour-coded so weak performers (under 40%) are red, average ones (40-60%) amber, and strong ones (over 60%) green.
  • Avg View column showing how long the average viewer stayed on each video.
  • Updated automatically with the existing 3-day video sync — no extra setup if your channel is already connected with the analytics scope.

The AI Assistant also knows about retention now — try "which of my videos has the weakest hook rate?"

💰 Channel revenue is now in your brand dashboard#

If your YouTube channel is monetized, you can now see your earnings without leaving TubeWizz.

  • Total revenue, CPM, RPM across the last 7, 30, 90 or 365 days — toggle the range with a click.
  • A daily revenue line chart so you can spot which days outperformed.
  • Updated automatically every night from the YouTube Analytics API (figures lag ~24-48 hours, the same as in YouTube Studio).

Heads-up: this feature relies on the YouTube Analytics monetary scope. While our Google app verification is still pending (see the "YouTube account connection — coming soon" note below), only brands that previously connected with this scope will see live revenue. New connections come online automatically once verification is approved.

Find it under any brand → Analytics tab → Revenue. The AI Assistant also knows about revenue now — try "how much did I earn this month?"

⭐ Favorite anything to keep it forever — auto-delete for the rest#

Storage on TubeWizz was quietly working two different ways: SEO Wizard thumbnails vanished after 3 days, but Shorts and Caption videos stuck around indefinitely. From today, every generated output — SEO thumbnails, Thumbnail Maker images, Shorts clips, Caption videos — follows one clear rule:

  • Star it and it's yours to keep. A yellow ★ toggle sits on every history card. Turn it on and that job is never auto-deleted.
  • Otherwise it expires on schedule. SEO thumbnails after 3 days, Shorts and Captions after 5, Thumbnail Maker images after 7. A small badge on the card tells you when — yellow if you have less than 2 days left, red under 12 hours. No badge means you have plenty of time.
  • Warnings only in the history, not while you're working. Nothing pops up during generation.
  • SEO thumbnails already deleted? One click to bring them back. Open any past SEO Wizard result whose thumbnails were removed and you'll see the exact date they went, plus a "Regenerate 3 Thumbnails" button (3 credits). Everything else — titles, description, tags, chapters — stayed put.

🔌 YouTube account connection — coming soon#

The "Connect YouTube Account" button on your brand profile (and the "Push to YouTube" card on SEO Wizard results) is temporarily hidden behind a Coming soon label. Google is still reviewing our app verification — until that review is approved, the consent screen would warn users about an "unverified app" and block the upload-related scopes we need.

Once Google approves the review we'll switch the button back on automatically and email everyone who was on the waitlist. Nothing on your side needs to change — all of your existing brand settings, videos and analyses keep working exactly as before.

📬 Weekly performance email — your Monday morning digest#

You no longer have to open TubeWizz to know how your channels did last week.

  • Every Monday morning — one email per account with a section for each of your brands. Channel stats, subscriber and view deltas, uploads, three AI highlights and three AI suggestions for what to do next.
  • Competitor activity included — if any tracked competitor channel published in the last 7 days, a callout appears in the matching brand's section.
  • Empty week? You still get a nudge — a short motivation block and a one-click jump into Trend Finder instead of silence.
  • One-click unsubscribe — every email has an unsubscribe link in the footer, and Gmail / Outlook show their native unsub button. You can also toggle it from Settings → Notifications any time.

The toggle is on by default. Manage it at app.tubewizz.com/settings.

💰 NEW TOOL — YouTube Money Calculator#

How much does that video actually earn? Paste a YouTube URL — we pull the view count and combine it with realistic RPM bands for your niche to give you a low-to-high USD estimate. Prefer to type the numbers yourself? Switch to manual mode.

  • 14 niche-specific RPM bands — finance ($15–50), tech ($5–15), gaming ($1–5), vlogs ($1–3) and more, based on industry-published estimates.
  • Realistic, not fake-precise — we show a low-to-high range rather than a single number, and factor in the ~70% of views that actually serve an ad (ad blockers, skip rates and YouTube Premium subscribers).
  • Live lookup or manual — both modes use the same formula, and we show the full breakdown so you can sanity-check every number.

100% free, no sign-up — find it at tubewizz.com/youtube-money-calculator.

✨ SEO Wizard — "Take this video further" suggestions#

Your SEO Wizard result page now ends with a short Growth toolbox shelf — three quick deep-links that show what else you can do with the same video, with the credit cost on each card so there are no surprises.

  • Make Shorts from this video — auto-clip the most engaging moments into 3 vertical Shorts.
  • Generate subtitles (.srt) — get a clean .srt file you can upload to YouTube Studio, optionally translated to 16 languages.
  • Burn captions onto the video — add styled captions directly to the video file, great for Reels / TikTok / X where sound is off by default.

Each card sends you straight to the tool's upload screen — your wizard result stays untouched.

🧹 Inactive accounts now auto-delete after 12 months (paid users are always safe)#

Long-dormant free accounts pile up storage and noise. We're starting a gentle cleanup:

  • 12 months of total quiet — no sign-in, no tool runs at all — is the threshold. Anything you do on TubeWizz resets the clock.
  • You'll hear about it three times first — at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before deletion. Every email has a single button: "Keep my account active". One click and the counter restarts for another year.
  • Don't want to click? Just sign in. Signing in does the same thing automatically — no email link needed.
  • Paid subscribers are never auto-deleted. Even if you stop using the product for a year, an active subscription protects everything. We double-check Stripe at the moment of deletion to make sure of it.

If anything is ever deleted in error, contact us within 30 days — we can help track what happened.

🔔 Competitor Tracking — daily new-video alerts with per-channel toggle#

When a competitor publishes, you'll know in hours, not days.

  • Daily check — every morning we look at each competitor channel on your tracking jobs and flag anything new. Before, this only ran on Mondays — so a Tuesday upload could sit unseen for almost a week.
  • One bell per channel — open a tracking job, head to the Channels tab, and you'll see a 🔔 next to each row. Mute the noisy ones, keep the important ones on.
  • One email per day, not ten — if multiple competitors publish, you get a single bundled email summarising every new video across every channel you have alerts on.
  • No spam on day one — the first time we see a channel, we just remember where it is and stay quiet. You won't get notified about videos that were already there before you started tracking.

Your existing Monday report still arrives — this is a separate, faster alert.

📊 NEW TOOL — YouTube Engagement Rate Calculator#

How engaged is your audience, really? Paste a video URL — we pull views, likes and comments straight from YouTube and compute your engagement rate in one click. Prefer to type the numbers yourself? Switch to manual mode.

  • Live lookup or manual entry — both modes use the same formula creators trust: (likes + comments) ÷ views × 100.
  • Benchmark badge — every result gets a verdict: Below average, Average, Good, Excellent, or Viral 🔥. No more guessing what a "good" rate is.
  • Hidden likes handled — when a creator hides the like count we show "Hidden" instead of pretending it's zero.

100% free, no sign-up — find it at tubewizz.com/youtube-engagement-rate-calculator.

🌐 Thumb Translate — translate up to 10 thumbnails at once, choose your quality#

Translating thumbnails for a localized channel? Upload the whole set in one go.

  • Batch translation: drop 2–10 thumbnail images at once. Every one is translated to the same target language in parallel, and you see them update live in a grid.
  • Quality picker: choose Standard (1 credit, fast) or High Quality (2 credits, sharper text and better fidelity) right before you hit Translate.
  • Mixed batches show up in your history as one "Batch · 5" card so the list doesn't get noisy.

Open the detail page on a batch and tiles light up as each thumbnail finishes — failures stay flagged without stopping the rest.

🎯 Skip the dashboard — sign in straight into the tool you came for#

Before today, if you clicked "Try Caption Maker" on tubewizz.com you'd sign in, then land on the dashboard, then have to hunt for the tool again. Now you go straight from the marketing page into the actual tool — the sign-in step just gets out of your way.

  • Works on every public tool page (Caption Maker, Shorts Maker, Thumbnail Maker, Trend Finder, etc.).
  • Works for new sign-ups too — after onboarding you land on the tool you wanted, not the dashboard.
  • Magic link, Google sign-in, and email + password all preserve where you were going.

Smaller thing, fewer clicks.

🤖 NEW TOOL — AI Assistant on every dashboard#

A brand-aware AI assistant now lives at app.tubewizz.com/assistant. It reads your channel stats, your recent tool runs and your remaining credits — then helps you decide what to do next.

How it works

  • Pick a brand → the assistant loads its full context (channel, last 20 jobs, pending content plans, credit balance).
  • Ask anything: "Audit my last 5 thumbnails", "Find me a niche", "Rewrite my last video's title".
  • When a tool would help, the assistant drafts a proposal card — you approve or reject it. Nothing runs without your click.
  • Approve → the real tool runs with your normal credits. Reject → nothing happens.

It's free to talk to. The assistant itself doesn't consume credits — only the tools you approve do (Thumbnail Maker 3 credits, Shorts Maker 2 credits, etc.).

Quick prompts to get started: Audit my channel, Find a niche, New thumbnail, Find keywords, Video ideas, Write a script, Make Shorts, AI titles & description.

Powered by GPT-4o-mini.

🗣️ SEO Wizard — Fix the Language If We Got It Wrong#

When you upload a video, we auto-detect the language to write titles and descriptions in the right tongue. Most of the time it's perfect — but for short clips, mixed languages, or noisy audio, the detection can be uncertain.

Now, if our confidence is below 85%, you'll see a yellow banner on the result page with a dropdown of 20 languages. Pick the right one and click Use this language — we'll regenerate the title, description and tags in the correct language in about 30 seconds. Your thumbnails stay exactly as they were, so you don't spend extra credits on image regeneration.

This is especially useful for Turkish, Spanish, Hindi and other languages where Deepgram sometimes mistakes one for another (e.g. Spanish vs. Portuguese, Hindi vs. Urdu).

🛡️ Daily Usage Limits — Fair Use for Thumbnail, Trend & Collab Tools#

To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, three high-impact tools now have a rolling 24-hour cap based on your plan. Your monthly credits aren't affected — you can still use the rest of the tools freely.

Tool Free trial Starter Pro Agency
Thumbnail Maker 2/day 10/day 30/day Unlimited
Trend Finder 3/day 10/day 25/day 50/day
Collab Potential 2/day 5/day 15/day 30/day

You can now see your daily usage in real time on the billing page under "Today's Limits". When a limit is reached, no credits are charged — just try again tomorrow or upgrade your plan.

Why? Thumbnail Maker uses heavy AI image generation (3 images per run), and Trend Finder + Collab Potential together can consume the shared YouTube API quota. Caps keep these tools available for everyone.

💎 New Pricing — Starter $12, Pro $29, Agency $79 + Weighted Credits#

Pricing has been restructured to reflect the real cost and value of each tool:

New monthly plans:

  • Starter — $12/mo · 100 AI credits · 1 brand
  • Pro — $29/mo · 350 AI credits · 3 brands
  • Agency — $79/mo · 1,000 AI credits · 10 brands
  • All plans include a 7-day free trial (15 credits to test everything)
  • Annual billing saves 20%

Credits now reflect actual tool cost:

  • 3 credits for the biggest tools — Thumbnail Maker, SEO Wizard with auto-thumbnail
  • 2 credits for Shorts Maker and SRT Generator with translation
  • 1 credit for all standard tools (Caption Maker, Bio Optimizer, Trend Finder, etc.)

This means lighter tools go further: a Starter plan can run ~100 Caption Maker jobs OR ~25 SEO Wizards with thumbnails — whichever mix you prefer. Extra credits can still be purchased on top of the plan ($5 / $15 / $30 packs).

If you're on a previous plan, your subscription continues at its current rate until you change it.

🔄 Automatic Credit Refund on Job Failure#

If a Shorts Maker, Caption Maker, or Thumbnail Maker job fails, your credit is automatically returned — no need to contact support or wonder where it went.

Credits are refunded once the system confirms the job has truly failed (not just retrying). You'll never lose a credit to a technical error on our end.

🎬 Shorts Maker — Video Thumbnails in the List and Preview Frames in the Player#

Shorts Maker cards in the history list now show a real thumbnail image of the first clip instead of a dark placeholder. When you open a Short, each video player immediately shows a preview frame so you know what the clip looks like before pressing play.

What changed:

  • The list page shows an actual frame from each Short's first clip (new jobs only — older jobs still show the placeholder).
  • The video players on the detail page and the results screen now display a poster image while the video loads, so you're never staring at a black box.
  • These thumbnails are generated automatically at the end of processing — no extra steps needed.

⚡ Credits — See Your Balance at a Glance#

Every TubeWizz tool now runs on credits. Your balance is always visible in the top bar: a small ⚡ N credits chip that turns green when you have plenty, yellow when running low, and red when almost out. Click it to jump straight to Billing.

How credits work:

  • Every plan comes with a monthly credit allowance (Free: 10 · Starter: 50 · Pro: 200 · Agency: 500). Credits refresh automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Need more? Buy Extra Credits at any time — they never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
  • Each tool use costs 1 credit.

On the Billing page you'll find a live credit dashboard (Plan Credits / Extra Credits / Total), one-click packs to buy more, and a full Usage History table showing exactly which tool used each credit and when.

🛠️ Admin — Full User Management#

The admin user panel got a major upgrade. Clicking any user now opens a detail drawer from the right side with three tabs:

  • Overview — plan, job count, brands the user has created, and their 15 most recent video analyses.
  • Credits — live balance breakdown (plan vs extra) plus controls to change the user's plan or add extra credits with quick +50 / +100 / +200 shortcuts. A preview shows the new total before you save.
  • History — the last 100 credit deductions for that user: which tool was used, whether it came from plan or extra credits, and the date.

📈 New Free Tool — Real-Time YouTube Subscriber Count#

Watch any channel's subscriber count update live. The new YouTube Subscriber Count tool resolves any channel URL, @handle, or even a video link, then shows the live subscriber count, total views and video count — auto-refreshing every 20 seconds with a LIVE indicator. Great for tracking your own milestones or keeping an eye on other creators. Free, no sign-up. Find it in the Tools menu or at tubewizz.com/youtube-subscriber-count.

🟢 New Free Tool — Is YouTube Down?#

Wondering if it's just you? The new Is YouTube Down? page runs a live check the moment you open it and tells you whether YouTube is up or down right now — with response time. Below the live status, a 30-day history shows YouTube's daily uptime at a glance, plus a log of recent incidents (major outages vs partial disruptions).

It's a quick way to tell whether an outage is on YouTube's side or your own connection. Free, no sign-up, and monitored around the clock. Find it in the Tools menu or at tubewizz.com/is-youtube-down.

🆔 New Free Tool — YouTube Channel ID Finder#

Need a channel's ID? The new YouTube Channel ID Finder gets it instantly. Paste any channel URL, @handle, custom link — or even a video link from the channel — and it returns the exact UC… channel ID, along with the channel's name, avatar and subscriber count so you can confirm it's the right one. Copy the ID with one click.

Channel IDs are what APIs, RSS feeds and analytics tools actually require (handles and custom URLs don't always work), so this is a handy utility for creators and developers alike. It's free, needs no sign-up, and works in your browser. Find it in the Tools menu or at tubewizz.com/youtube-channel-id-finder.

🏷️ New Free Tool — YouTube Tags Generator#

Another free tool is live: the YouTube Tags Generator. Type your video topic (and optionally a few extra keywords) and instantly get a list of SEO-optimized tags and keywords. Remove any you don't want, then copy them all with one click — ready to paste straight into YouTube Studio.

A live character counter keeps you within YouTube's 500-character tag limit, so you always know how much room you have left. It's completely free, needs no sign-up, and works instantly in your browser. Find it in the Tools menu or at tubewizz.com/youtube-tags-generator.

🔗 New Free Tool — YouTube Subscribe Link Generator#

A brand-new free tool is live: the YouTube Subscribe Link Generator. Paste any channel URL or @handle and instantly get a one-click subscribe link — the kind that pops up the "Subscribe?" confirmation the moment someone clicks it. Drop it in your video descriptions, bio, emails, or anywhere you want to turn visitors into subscribers.

It also generates a ready-to-paste HTML subscribe button for your website or blog. It's completely free, needs no sign-up, and works instantly right in your browser. Find it in the Tools menu or at tubewizz.com/youtube-subscribe-link-generator.

📅 Content Planning — Tap Any Plan for Details & Send It to Other Tools#

Click any content plan — in the list or on the calendar — and a detail panel now slides in from the right. Edit the title, keyword, status, planned date, and notes all in one place, then save. You can also see where the idea came from (manual, AI, Competitor Tracking, Trend Finder) and when it was created.

The best part: each plan can now jump straight into the rest of TubeWizz. From the detail panel, send the idea to SEO Wizard to make the video, research its keyword in Trend Finder, or generate a matching cover in Thumbnail Maker — each tool opens pre-filled with your plan's title or keyword, so you skip the retyping.

🗺️ Sitemap — Now Points to the Right Pages#

The sitemap at tubewizz.com/sitemap.xml was listing app.tubewizz.com URLs — pages that are intentionally blocked from search engines. Google was trying to crawl them and hitting a wall every time.

The sitemap has been rebuilt to list only the correct marketing pages: the homepage, all feature landing pages (SEO Wizard, Caption Maker, Shorts Maker, and all others), Pricing, and the legal pages — all under tubewizz.com. The /seo-wizard page was also missing and has been added.

If you previously submitted the sitemap to Google Search Console, resubmit it to prompt a fresh crawl.

May 2026#

🐛 Sitemap Fix#

tubewizz.com/sitemap.xml was returning errors in some conditions. Two bugs have been fixed: blog post dates in unusual formats were producing an Invalid Date that crashed the XML generator, and the root URL filter had a double-slash edge case. The sitemap now builds reliably every time.

🏷️ Brand Filter — One Click to Focus Any Tool on Your Channel#

Every tool in TubeWizz now respects a global brand filter. Click your brand name in the left sidebar and every history list — SEO Wizard jobs, Caption Maker outputs, Trend searches, Competitor reports — instantly filters to show only that brand's work. Click again to clear the filter and see everything.

The filter is remembered in your browser so it stays active when you navigate between tools. If you only manage one channel, it's set and forgotten. If you juggle multiple brands, switching takes a single click.

🎯 SEO Wizard — Smarter Titles, Brand-Aware Metadata & Spelling Fixes#

The SEO Wizard now knows who you are before it writes a single word.

Every analysis reads your brand's niche, language, target country, goal, and content type and adjusts the entire output accordingly. A tech tutorial channel gets different title angles and tag strategy than a vlog or a review channel. The three titles now always cover three distinct approaches — one direct and informational, one curiosity-driven or question-led, and one benefit-forward — so you have genuinely different options to choose from, not three versions of the same headline.

The description has also been reworked. The first 150–160 characters (the part visible before the "Show more" button) must now function as a standalone hook or call to action. Whatever shows in search results or embeds will actually pull viewers in.

Tags are now ordered from highest estimated search volume down, so the keywords most likely to drive discovery appear first. Chapter timestamps scale with the video's length: a 3-minute video gets tight 30-second intervals; a 40-minute documentary gets sensible 2-minute breaks.

Finally, if you've ever had your own name or a product you cover consistently misspelled in titles — "Cloud" instead of "Claude", "Tube Wiz" instead of "TubeWizz", or any technical term that speech recognition mangles — the new AI Glossary in your Brand settings fixes this permanently. Add your channel-specific terms once and they're passed directly to the transcription engine, so the word is spelled correctly in the transcript itself before the AI even starts writing. A second correction layer in the prompt catches anything the transcription still gets wrong.

To add your glossary terms: open your Brand → Settings → 🔤 AI Glossary, type a term and press Enter, and save. From your next upload onwards, those words will always be spelled exactly as you define them.

📊 Pricing Page — All 16 Tools, Updated Limits#

The pricing comparison page has been fully refreshed to reflect everything TubeWizz can do today.

The comparison table now covers all 16 tools across six organised sections — Video Creation, Audience & Engagement, Research & Growth, Content Planning, Core, and Support. Tools that were missing before — Thumbnail Maker, Bio Optimizer, Playlist Optimizer, .SRT Generator, Thumb Translate, Competitor Tracking, Collab Potential, and Content Planning — now each have their own row with accurate per-plan limits. The plan cards have also been updated with the latest feature summaries so you can see at a glance what each tier includes.

✂️ Caption Maker — Smarter Subtitles, New Styles & Custom Colors#

Caption Maker now produces noticeably more natural-reading subtitles. Instead of splitting every 3 words regardless of context, the AI now reads the punctuation in your speech: sentences end where they actually end. A comma becomes a soft break; a period, question mark, or exclamation always starts a new cue. No cue stays on screen for less than 0.8 seconds (too fast to read) and none lingers longer than 3 seconds (too much to take in at once).

Three new visual presets are available alongside the existing 15. TikTok uses the uppercase-dark-box style you see on viral videos. Fire puts deep-orange text with a red outline for an energetic, punchy look. Mint is a clean teal pill for a fresh, modern aesthetic — pick whichever fits your brand.

A new Customize Colors panel sits just below the preset grid. Expand it to override the text color or background color of any preset with your own choice — eight text-color swatches (white, yellow, cyan, pink, orange, green, red, black) and eight background swatches. The customization layers on top of the preset, so all the shadow, outline, and sizing logic stays intact while you change just the color.

📄 .SRT Generator — Edit Step, .VTT Format & Line Length Control#

The .SRT Generator now lets you review and fix your subtitles before the final file is created — no more downloading a file only to find a word misheard.

After the audio is transcribed, a new Review & Edit screen appears with every subtitle line laid out in order. Each line shows its timestamp and an editable text field. Timing is locked (the sync stays perfect), but you can correct any word, phrase, or punctuation. When you're happy, hit Approve & Generate and the final file is built from your edited version.

Two new output options are also available on the settings screen. File Format lets you choose between .SRT (the universal format that works in every video player) and .VTT (WebVTT, the standard for HTML5 web video and modern streaming platforms). Words per Line controls how many words appear on each subtitle line — choose 3, 5, 7 (default), or 10 words to match the pace and style of your video.

🏆 Competitor Analysis — Plan Button on Every Rival Video#

Every video in a Competitor Analysis report now has a 📅 Plan button. Click it and AI will craft a unique, original video title inspired by that competitor's topic — rewritten for your channel's voice and audience. No copying, just smart inspiration.

The button appears in both the live results view (right after running a new analysis) and the saved history detail page, so you can revisit any past analysis and keep pulling ideas from it. Planned items land directly in your Content Planning Unscheduled Inbox, tagged as coming from Competitor Analysis.

📅 Content Planning — AI-Powered Idea Generation from Competitors & Trends#

Content Planning now goes beyond manual entries. Every competitor video listed in your Competitor Tracking reports has a Plan button — click it and AI will craft a unique, original title inspired by that video but written for your voice and audience. No copying, just smart inspiration.

The same works in Trend Finder: every video in the Videos tab now has a 📅 Plan Content button that generates an AI-inspired title for your channel. Every keyword chip in the Keywords tab gets a 📅 icon — one tap turns a trending search term into a ready-to-use video title idea saved straight to your Unscheduled Inbox.

All AI-transformed ideas land in Content Planning as unscheduled items, clearly tagged with their source (Competitor Tracking or Trend Finder), so you always know where the inspiration came from.

📅 Content Planning — Your Video Idea Inbox & Calendar#

You can now plan your entire YouTube content schedule in one place. Open Content Planning from the sidebar to get started.

Add video ideas manually or type a keyword and hit Generate Ideas — AI will suggest three distinct video concepts with a target keyword and the best day of the week to publish each one. Select any suggestion (or write your own title), optionally pick a publish date, set a status, and save.

Ideas without a date land in your Unscheduled Inbox — a dedicated section at the top of the list where nothing gets lost. When you're ready to commit to a date, hit Assign Date and the item moves straight into your scheduled calendar.

Switch to Calendar view at any time to see the full month laid out as a grid. Every item shows a color-coded chip matching its current status: Idea, Filming, Editing, or Published. Click any status badge to update it inline.

Content Planning is now connected to the rest of TubeWizz. In the Competitor Tracking AI Strategy tab, every video recommendation has a 📅 Plan Content button alongside the existing "Add Task" — one click sends the idea straight to your Unscheduled Inbox. The same button appears on every opportunity card in the Trend Finder Opportunities tab. And in your Brand Task Manager, each pending task now has a 📅 Plan Content shortcut so you can schedule it without losing the task context.

✉️ Branded Auth Emails#

The sign-up confirmation email and magic link email have been redesigned to match the TubeWizz look and feel. Both now use the same white card layout with a red gradient accent bar at the top, the TubeWizz logo, a clear call-to-action button, and a fallback copy-link box — consistent with the rest of the product experience.

👀 Competitor Tracking — Viral Alerts, AI Strategy & Trend Charts#

Competitor Tracking is now significantly more powerful. Each channel card now shows an 8-week subscriber trend sparkline so you can see momentum at a glance — not just this week's number. Any video that was published recently and already has over 100,000 views is automatically flagged with a 🔥 Viral badge on the card and inside the expanded video list.

A new AI Weekly Summary appears at the top of every report: three bullet points written by AI that cut straight to what happened this week across all your competitors — no reading required. If any channel grew more than 10% in a single week or posted a viral video, you'll now get a separate Threshold Alert both in the app and by email.

The report page has three tabs. Channels is the existing view, now with sparklines and viral badges. Comparative Growth shows your own channel and all competitors side by side with subscriber bars, so you can see at a glance where you stand relative to the competition (requires your YouTube channel to be linked in your brand settings). ✨ AI Strategy runs a deep analysis of the titles, topics, and patterns in your competitors' recent uploads — it surfaces the dominant topics, the title formats that are working, content gaps your competitors are leaving open, and three specific video ideas ranked by priority. Each recommendation has an Add Task button that sends it directly to your Brand Task Manager.

The weekly email has been redesigned: it now includes video thumbnails for new uploads, color-coded subscriber deltas, an AI summary block, and a dedicated alert section when growth thresholds are triggered. Finally, every tracking job has a new Export CSV button that downloads the full history of all reports in a spreadsheet-ready format.

📈 Trend Finder — Smarter Analysis, More Insights#

Trend Research now tells you much more about a niche at a glance. A Seasonality badge shows whether a topic peaks in certain months or performs year-round — so you know when to publish. A Best Posting Day chip reveals which day of the week top videos in this niche go up. The competition score now factors in engagement and comment rates, not just view counts. In the Keywords tab, a new group filter lets you switch between short-tail, mid-tail, and long-tail terms instantly. The Opportunities tab adds two new cards: Winning Title Formulas shows the exact title patterns top-ranking videos in this niche use (with a real example), and a Video Script Outline gives you a ready-to-use 5-part structure for your video — Hook, Problem, Solution, Proof, and CTA — written around your searched topic.

📝 Bio Optimizer — Multiple Styles, Smarter Keywords#

Your channel bio now comes in three distinct writing styles — Professional (authoritative and expert-forward), Casual (friendly and conversational), and Story-driven (personal and emotionally engaging) — so you can pick the one that fits your voice or test all three. A new SEO Keywords field lets you type up to 8 target phrases; the AI places them naturally in each bio without keyword stuffing. Choose your preferred call-to-action style (Subscribe, Watch Latest, or Join Community) and it appears consistently at the end of every variant. An emoji toggle gives you the choice between a clean text bio or one with emoji flair, and a max length selector (500 / 750 / 1000 chars) lets you control how much space you use. Every result now highlights the first 150 characters of each bio — the part visible in YouTube search snippets — so you can verify the hook lands immediately. A new What Was Improved section explains exactly what changed from your original bio and why each update makes it more effective.

🎵 Playlist Optimizer — Smarter Analysis, More Insights#

Every playlist optimization now gives you a much richer picture of what to improve. You get three title variants — one written to maximize clicks, one optimized for search, and one that positions you as an authority — with copy buttons on each. A before/after optimization score shows the projected improvement when you apply all the suggestions, so you can see the impact at a glance. A binge-watching hook tells you exactly how to structure the first three videos to keep viewers watching the full playlist. SEO keywords extracted from your videos show exactly which phrases to use in titles, descriptions, and tags. Content gap suggestions tell you what types of videos you're missing to make the playlist feel complete. And if one video stands out as the perfect playlist cover, it's highlighted as the suggested thumbnail with a direct preview. A new optimization goal selector (Watch Time / Subscribers / SEO) at the top of the pick step lets you tell the AI what you're optimizing for — the entire analysis, title variants, and ordering logic adapts accordingly.

📢 Announcement Maker — Smarter Posts, Better Images#

Your announcements now adapt to where you're posting them. The tone, length, and emoji usage automatically match the platform — TikTok and Reels posts come out short and punchy with plenty of emojis; LinkedIn posts are calm and professional; Instagram sits in the middle. A new Call-to-Action selector lets you pick how you want to end the post: Watch Now, Link in Bio, or Full Video. Your brand's description and content style are now used behind the scenes so the writing stays on-brand. The AI image prompt is enriched by analyzing the actual video thumbnail with vision AI, so the generated visual better matches your content's look and feel. A character counter shows how close you are to each platform's limit.

🤝 Collab Potential — Smarter Channel Insights#

Every collaboration candidate now comes with a richer picture. Each channel card shows a score breakdown — how it scored across subscriber size, niche overlap, activity, and engagement — along with a niche match percentage so you can instantly see how aligned the content is. If the channel has shared a contact email or social link in their About section, it now surfaces directly on the card. Click the sparkle button on any candidate to generate a personalized outreach DM template and 3 collab video ideas, written by AI with both channels' content in mind — with a tone toggle between Creator, Casual, and Professional. History detail pages now have live save/unsave buttons, and the main Collab page shows your full Saved Channels list so you always know who you've bookmarked.

🎁 Giveaway Picker — Fairer Draws, More Control#

Your giveaways are now more transparent and customizable than ever. You can set a date range so only comments posted during your contest window are eligible, add a minimum comment length to filter out one-word entries, and enable weighted draw mode where people who commented multiple times get proportionally more entries — rewarding your most engaged audience. Each draw now also picks a configurable number of reserve (backup) winners in case your first picks don't respond. The results screen shows exactly how many comments were removed by each filter, and a new Export as CSV button lets you download the full winner and backup list with one click.

💬 Comment Analyzer — Actionable Insights#

Comment analysis now goes far beyond a simple positive/negative score. You'll see topic clusters (the distinct subjects your audience is talking about), a prioritized action items list ("Do this: improve your audio quality — High priority"), the 3 most-loved comments with an explanation of why they resonated, a trending theme banner showing what your comment section is most excited or curious about, and a languages detected card when your audience writes in multiple languages — with a suggestion to consider subtitles or multilingual content.

🩳 Shorts Maker — Smarter Clip Selection#

TubeWizz now understands what your video is actually about before it picks the clips. The AI analyzes the full topic and audience first, then selects three moments that each tell a different part of the story — so you get genuine variety instead of three clips from the same section. Each clip now shows a hook score and a hook type (curiosity gap, surprising fact, strong claim, and more), so you can see exactly why each moment was chosen and pick the one that fits your style best.

🖼️ Thumbnail Maker — 3 Distinct Visual Styles#

Each generation now produces three thumbnails with genuinely different visual compositions — one text-forward, one scene-forward, and one emotion-forward — instead of three variations of the same layout. Your brand color appears as the dominant color throughout the entire image (not just a small accent), and the text hooks are written with three different psychological angles to match each style: a bold curiosity hook, a result-focused hook, and an urgency hook.

✨ Thumbnail Maker — Faster Generation & Higher Resolution#

Your AI thumbnails are now generated at 2K resolution and the process is more reliable than ever. Reference photos you upload are handled through a dedicated pipeline, so the person in your shot always appears correctly in the final result. Generation time has been extended to allow for the most detailed outputs.

🎬 Landing Page — Demo Video, Growth Chart & Mobile Pricing#

The TubeWizz homepage received a major upgrade across three areas.

The hero section now features a live demo video inside a macOS-style browser frame. Click the red play button (or the "Watch the full demo" button below) to start the video in place — no new tab, no distractions. The video loads lazily so it never slows down the page.

The statistics section's left column has been replaced with an animated SVG channel growth chart, showing a real subscriber growth curve from 1K to 12K. The chart splits into a "before" and "after TubeWizz" segment with a marked annotation, so you can see exactly where growth accelerated. On tablet screens the chart spans the full width with the three stats below it; on mobile it stacks naturally.

The pricing section is now a swipeable carousel on mobile — each plan card takes up most of the screen width and you can snap between them with a swipe, the same way you'd browse Shorts. A new "Compare Packages" button below the cards takes you to the full pricing comparison page.

🎨 Landing Page — Visual Refresh#

The TubeWizz homepage got a visual upgrade: real creator photos now appear in the testimonials and hero sections, and the feature icons have been replaced with custom illustrations for a cleaner, more polished look.
