Thumbnail Library
Thumbnail Library#
What it is: Your personal collection of saved YouTube thumbnails. Use it as inspiration before designing a new thumbnail, or as a style reference inside Thumbnail Maker.
What it does#
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Save | Pin any thumbnail you've seen across TubeWizz (Trend Finder, Competitor Analysis, Watcher) to your library |
| Browse | Grid of every thumbnail you've saved, newest first |
| Reference | Open a thumbnail directly inside Thumbnail Maker as a style reference |
| Remove | One-click delete |
How to use it#
- While browsing competitor analysis, trend results, or watcher activity, click the bookmark icon on any thumbnail.
- Go to Tools → Thumbnail Library to see everything you've saved.
- To use one as inspiration, click Use as reference — it opens Thumbnail Maker pre-loaded as your style reference. The AI keeps your brand and subject but matches the saved thumbnail's composition, color palette, and typography.
Tips#
- Save 3–5 thumbnails per niche. When you start a new video, opening the Library is faster than searching YouTube.
- The Library is per-account, not per-brand — so style references are reusable across your channels.
- Combine a saved reference with a personal photo in Thumbnail Maker for the cleanest "your face + their style" combination.
Costs#
Saving and browsing the library is free. Generating a thumbnail with a saved reference uses the standard Thumbnail Maker credit cost.
