Quick Start#

Get from zero to your first AI-generated YouTube metadata in under 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Create your account#

Go to app.tubewizz.com and sign up with your email. You'll receive a magic link — click it to log in instantly (no password required).

Step 2 — Complete onboarding#

The first time you log in, a short 6-step wizard walks you through:

1. Brand name — the name of your channel or project
2. YouTube channel URL — paste your channel link
3. Industry — select the niche that best describes your content
4. Target country & language — where your audience is and what language you publish in
5. Bio & goals — optional details that improve AI output quality
6. Social links — TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest (optional)

At the end, a plan picker screen appears:

• Choose Starter to start a 7-day free trial (card required, cancel anytime), or pick Pro or Agency to subscribe right away with no trial.
• Or click Continue free — 7 days, no credit card required to get 15 free credits with no card and no automatic charge.

After choosing, you'll land on the dashboard (or connect YouTube if you entered a channel URL).

Step 3 — Run your first tool#

Click SEO Wizard in the sidebar, then + New Job.

1. Confirm your brand is selected.
2. Upload a video file (MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 500 MB) or paste a YouTube URL.
3. Wait for processing — usually 60–120 seconds.
4. Review the generated titles, description, chapters, hashtags, and tags.
5. Copy what you need.
