Announcement Maker#

What it is: Generates a social media post + a matching AI image to announce a new YouTube video across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and more.

What it produces#

• A ready-to-post social media caption (hook + summary + hashtags)
• A custom AI-generated image sized for your chosen platform

How to use it#

1. Go to Tools → Announcement Maker → + New Announcement.
2. Select your brand.
3. Choose your source:
   • From your channel — paste your YouTube channel URL and pick a video from the list.
   • Direct video URL — paste a specific YouTube watch URL.
4. Select aspect ratio based on where you'll post:

   Ratio	Best for
   1:1	Instagram feed, LinkedIn
   4:5	Instagram portrait
   16:9	YouTube community post, Twitter/X
   9:16	Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories

5. Click Generate Post.
6. The text is ready immediately. The AI image generates in the background (~20–40 seconds).
7. Copy the post text and download the image.

Viewing past announcements#

All generated announcements are saved in the history list at Tools → Announcement Maker. Click any card to open the full announcement with its image.

Tips#

• The AI image is based on the video thumbnail and title — higher quality thumbnails produce better image results.
• If image generation fails, you can re-open the announcement detail page and it will show the current status.
• The caption is generated first (fast), so you can start editing it while the image renders.
