What it is: The core TubeWizz tool. Upload a video and get a full set of YouTube metadata generated by AI — titles, description, chapters, hashtags, and tags.

How to use it#
- Go to Tools → SEO Wizard → + New Job.
- Select your brand.
- Upload a video file (MP4, MOV, WebM — up to 500 MB) or paste a YouTube URL.
- Wait for the job to complete (typically 60–120 seconds).
- On the results page:
- Titles — click the one you prefer to select it, or edit it inline.
- Description — edit in the text editor, then copy.
- Chapters — drag to reorder, click to edit timestamps or titles.
- Tags — add or remove individual tags.
- Hashtags — copy the full block.
- Use the Export button to download all metadata as a JSON file.
Tips#
- The more complete your video, the better the output. Videos with clear speech produce more accurate chapters and descriptions.
- If the detected language is wrong, re-run the job — Deepgram detects language automatically.
- Use the Regenerate button on any section to get a fresh AI pass without re-uploading.
Processing steps#
Behind the scenes, each job goes through five stages:
- Ingest — file validation and deduplication
- Transcode — audio extraction
- Transcribe — Deepgram Nova-3 speech-to-text
- Metadata — GPT-4o-mini generates titles, description, chapters, hashtags, tags
- Thumbnail — keyframe selection and overlay
