Brands
Brands#
A brand is a workspace that represents one YouTube channel. Every tool you run in TubeWizz is linked to a brand, keeping your work organized across multiple channels.
What a brand contains#
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Your channel or project name |
| YouTube channel URL | Used to auto-fetch channel data and resolve playlists |
| Industry | Niche / content category |
| Target country & language | Influences AI-generated text |
| Bio | Short channel description (used by Bio Optimizer) |
| Goal | Primary channel objective (grow subscribers, monetize, etc.) |
| Content type | Long-form, Shorts, Live, Mixed |
| Social links | TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest |
Creating a brand#
- Click Brands in the sidebar.
- Click + New Brand.
- Fill in the required fields (name and YouTube URL) and any optional details.
- Save — your brand is now available in every tool.
Switching brands#
Every tool page shows the active brand at the top. If you manage multiple channels, switch brands from the sidebar's Brands section before starting a new job.
Why brands matter#
- All generated jobs (titles, thumbnails, captions, etc.) are stored under their brand.
- The active brand filter in the sidebar lets you view only the work that belongs to a specific channel.
- Tools like Competitor Analysis and Playlist Optimizer automatically use the YouTube channel URL from your brand — no need to re-enter it.
Deleting a brand#
Go to Brands → [Brand Name] → Settings and click Delete Brand. This removes the brand and all associated jobs permanently. This action cannot be undone.
